Biography

Dr. Hongwan Li is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Occupational and Environmental Health at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences. Her work focuses on advancing public health through interdisciplinary research at the intersection of environmental exposures, energy systems, and health equity. She leads community-based initiatives that integrate technical innovation such as Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) technology and digital decision-support tools with public health practice. Dr. Li brings extensive experience in designing and evaluating interventions that address structural and environmental determinants of health through cross-sector collaboration.
