Yes.  Retention of instructors is a major issue in nursing education today.  Gaining insight into ways to achieve retention is critical.  Students’ perceptions of satisfaction with instructors will enhance retention efforts. High levels of first-time passage rates of NCLEX validates success of educational endeavours. I would suggest Title starting with:  An Innovative Partnership Project….. The methods section is not clear, does not explain the actual strategies used to collect data. Need additional references to validate importance of study.
