1. Generally, the typography of this paper is terrible. The different sections of this paper are jumbled together.
2. The authors conducted a survey in the random sample of 237 students. However, the authors did not clarify how the participants were selected and what is the response rate. Additionally, the appropriate use of figures or tables will helpful to present results.
3. The authors aimed to investigate the underlying values and beliefs regarding the degree of acceptance, rejection or indifference among African Americans. However, the authors only performed survey among religious leaders and students. The representativeness of this study’s findings should be interpreted with caution. It may be better for authors to narrow down their research objectives.
4. The questions asked in the questionnaire will influence the results of the survey imperceptibly. However, the authors did not provide a complete questionnaire and evaluate its validity.
5. The impact of COVID-19 pandemic and its variants on the attitudes of African American should be further discussed. Throughout the article, the authors did not seem to consider the effects of COVID-19 at all.
6. The authors aimed to investigate the factors that influence people’s needs for wearable devices. However, only 50-question survey did not seem to provide effective results.
7. Did the authors consider the rationality of statistical analysis? For example, whether there was sufficient statistical power?

Thank you for the comments of the reviewer. The title of the typography and the jumbled word were changed as suggested by the reviewer. Additionally, all the edits suggested in the manuscript were accepted and the questions that the reviewer asked were answered and some rephrasing that were requested are done.
