Author’s comment: We did not focus on healthcare workers, but after examining the papers  the topic came up very relevant in multiple papers.

5. I find the introduction evasive. The authors need to restructure this part. First define the central problem, show its importance in terms of scale and seriousness, and then explain the motivation behind the study. I did not perceive the quantitative aspect of this study as stipulated in the methodology.
