Yes. I think it bring a new perspective and awareness to LT care in a specific population. It also provides good background and new information for individuals unfamiliar with the topic. I think they add to the literature through a novel way of looking at the issue, a novel way of using data to understand the issue, and bringing awareness to a lesser know topical area.
Agreed with the reviewer and thanks a lot!
Yes, but the abstract should be reconfigured to introduce the sentence about LT care in Taiwan first and then supporting information after. Right now, it reads disjointed.
Agreed and correct the abstract and please check the highlight part in the manuscript. (refer to p.2 red marked)
The cross department collaboration section needs a bit more clarification and explanation of why the operation of state systems were rigid and an example or two of such. As written, it is hard to connect the different pieces of the section into a unified whole. The research methods section should include some information about where the quant data has come from and how literature was identified and chosen for inclusion for the literature review. The paragraph starting “the above discussion reveals that in Taiwan” references are needed for some of the assertions in the paragraph. There should be a concluding paragraph. One is missing at the moment.
It is a very pertinent comments, thanks the reviewer. We have adjusted the cross department collaboration section in the manuscript.(refer to p.6 red marked)Thank the reviewer for reminding that research methods must be improved and the literature need be identified again. Please review the manuscript again.(refer to p.6 red marked)Ok! Thank of your reminding. Ok! We have Added concluding paragraph. (refer to p.29 red marked)
