Open Access Policy

All articles published by Gexin are made immediately available worldwide under an open access license. This means:

• Everyone has free and unlimited access to the full-text of all articles published in Gexin journals;
• Everyone is free to re-use the published material if proper accreditation/citation of the original publication is given;
• Open access publication is supported by the authors' institutes or research funding agencies by payment of a comparatively low Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted articles.

Article Processing Charges

Refund Policy

Once an article has been accepted for publication as open access, any Article Processing Charges on the article become due. The submitting author assumes responsibility for the Article Processing Charges, and Gexin Publications will not issue refunds of any kind. If you have mistakenly paid more than required, we will refund the extra amount paid within 60 days. The transaction charges will be deducted while giving refund.

Privacy Policy

The Gexin Publications will protect your personal information. Your personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Waiver Policy

Gexin Publications operates a transparent waiver policy help support researchers who are unable to meet some or all of the cost associated with publishing open access.

Qualifying for a waiver

To help support researchers in the low-income economies, Gexin provides an automatic 80% waiver of any Article Processing Charges for manuscripts.

Additionally, Gexin will provide a 30% reduction in any APCs when the author(s) of an article does not have the funding required to cover these charges.

Requests to apply for reduction in APCs should be made when submitting your manuscript by contacting submission@gexinonline.com; requests made during the review process or after acceptance will not be considered.
