Response to Reviewer-1
The standard abstract structure should be noted, prologue - research objectives - research methods - research results - recommendations for results- research novelty.
Modify the structure of the abstract according to committee members' suggestions
Exploration of 4 supervisions & 21 workers should be included in the research method in the sample section
Modified as recommended by the committee. Include the reasons for the study, the adverse consequences of not having supervisory supervision, and a narrative about the sample.
1.It’s best to match between these sources.
2.Which ones are content supervision, which ones are authoritative sources
This has been explained in the context of Table 1.
What should be the sequence of research methods, starting from the population and sample, the method and way of taking samples, when it was carried out, and what analysis tools/methods?
Modified as recommended by the committee. Add sample description, sample collection method, focus group progress schedule and analysis method.
It is better to use this method by summarizing the statement into a premise to a major & minor premise to get a conclusion.
This paragraph is a research analysis and research findings, and it is difficult to present a three-part conclusion. Therefore, the major premise, minor premise and conclusion are presented in the "Conclusion and Suggestions" paragraph.
It might be clearer if this conclusion contained findings from the premise conclusions, then analyzed.
Add the previous conclusion results and present it in three levels: major premise, minor premise, and conclusion.
This suggestion contains the contents of the weaknesses of the findings and analysis.
Add future suggestions where suggested: Add limitations and weaknesses of this study.
Response to reviewer-2
Suggest additional content: Further elaboration on how supervision in Taiwan's disability services differs from other fields would provide more context and depth to the study. Analyzing whether this type of supervision contributes to higher retention rates among social workers could offer valuable insights.
This has been supplemented in the foreword.
